These Terms govern access to and use of www.consultoresid.cl, operated by Izquierdo Consultores Compañía Limitada, Chilean Tax ID (RUT) 76.555.767-4, under the Izquierdo Deramond Consultores brand (“IDC”).

1. Nature of the Website and IDC

IDC is a private and independent professional services firm. It is not part of or acting on behalf of the Government of Chile, the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, InvestChile or any other public authority.

The Website contains general and commercial information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice for a specific matter. IDC does not issue official documents. References to authorities, registries, certificates, permits, visas, decisions or public procedures are informational.

2. Professional relationship

Browsing the Website, submitting a form or email, sending a WhatsApp message or booking a meeting does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship or contract. An engagement begins only after the parties expressly agree its scope, fees, contracting entity and other terms.

3. Approvals and timeframes

IDC may advise, prepare information, submit applications or coordinate procedures, but does not guarantee approval of applications, permits, registrations or actions by authorities and does not guarantee response or decision timeframes. Decisions and timing controlled by third parties or public authorities are outside IDC's control.

4. Accuracy and updates

IDC seeks to keep content accurate, but law, administrative criteria and circumstances may change. Obtain an assessment based on specific facts before deciding. IDC may correct, update, suspend or withdraw content.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

Users may consult the Website and share links for lawful purposes. They must not compromise security, interfere with operation, perform automated mass extraction, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or reproduce or exploit content contrary to law or these Terms.

IDC owns or is authorised to use the brand, visual identity, texts, photographs, graphics and structure. Third-party brands and materials belong to their owners. Display does not imply any relationship beyond the one expressly described.

6. Communications and confidentiality

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, relevant and lawful. Do not send sensitive data, trade secrets, third-party confidential information or privileged material before IDC confirms an appropriate channel and engagement.

7. External services

The Website may link to Calendly, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and other external services. Each provider controls its platform and applies its own terms and policies. IDC does not control their availability, security or data processing.

8. Availability and liability

IDC takes reasonable steps to operate the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of errors or vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, IDC is not liable for decisions based solely on general Website information, third-party services or unlawful use contrary to these Terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Privacy, changes and governing law

Data and cookie processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. IDC may update these Terms; the published version will state its date. They are governed by Chilean law and any applicable mandatory jurisdiction.
