Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This Policy explains how Izquierdo Consultores Compañía Limitada, operating under the Izquierdo Deramond Consultores brand (“IDC”), processes personal data obtained through this Website and its contact channels. IDC applies Chilean Law No. 19,628 and other rules currently in force and is preparing its processes for the amendments introduced by Law No. 21,719, generally scheduled to take effect on 1 December 2026.

1. Controller and contact

Controller: Izquierdo Consultores Compañía Limitada.
Chilean Tax ID (RUT): 76.555.767-4.
Address: Avenida Providencia 1208, office 215, Providencia, Santiago, Chile.
Privacy contact: gregorio@consultoresid.cl.

2. Data we may process

We may receive your name, email, telephone number, company, country, service of interest, enquiry content and information voluntarily included in communications or documents. The server may record technical data required for security and operation, such as date, IP address, browser, requested pages and error events.

3. How we obtain data

We obtain data when you use the contact form, write by email or WhatsApp, book a meeting through Calendly, provide information during a conversation or authorise optional cookie categories. External providers collect data under their own policies when you use their platforms.

4. Purposes

  • Responding to enquiries and assessing a potential engagement.
  • Booking meetings and maintaining communications requested by you.
  • Preparing proposals, performing engagements and meeting contractual, legal, tax, professional and conflict- or risk-prevention obligations.
  • Protecting the Website, preventing abuse and maintaining operation.
  • Measuring Website or campaign performance only where applicable and the required authorisation exists.

5. Grounds for processing

We process data with the data subject's authorisation; to take requested pre-contractual steps; to perform a contract; to comply with legal obligations; or where another lawful basis applies. You may withdraw an authorisation prospectively, without affecting prior processing or information that must be retained on another legitimate basis.

6. Required and optional data

The form marks the information needed to answer your enquiry. If it is not supplied, we may be unable to respond. We do not request sensitive categories through this channel; avoid including them unless strictly necessary and IDC has confirmed an appropriate channel.

7. Recipients and providers

Access is limited to the IDC team and providers supporting hosting, email, security, technology, booking, messaging, maps or measurement, according to the tools actually configured. We may also disclose information where required by law or a competent authority, to protect rights or to perform an authorised engagement.

8. International transfers

Services such as hosting, Calendly, WhatsApp/Meta, Google or email providers may process data from other countries. IDC will select and configure those services seeking appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and will adapt transfers to the requirements that apply.

9. Retention

Enquiries that do not become an engagement may be retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and conflict checks, unless a different period is appropriate. Where a professional relationship exists, records will be kept during the engagement and for periods required to meet legal, tax, contractual or professional obligations or defend rights. Technical records and preferences are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose.

10. Security

IDC takes reasonable access-control, validation, minimisation, updating, backup and incident-response measures. No system is completely infallible; if you identify a risk or suspicious communication, contact us through the channel above.

11. Rights

You may request information about your data, access, correction, deletion or blocking where applicable, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Once the relevant legal amendments take effect, you may also exercise the rights and remedies they establish. Write to gregorio@consultoresid.cl; we may request reasonable information to verify identity and authority.

12. Cookies and external services

Website technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential services remain off until the relevant preference is obtained. External websites are governed by their owners' policies.

13. Updates

We may update this Policy following legal, technical or operational changes. We will publish the current version and update date; where required, we will request fresh authorisation or provide notice through an appropriate channel.
