Gregorio advises on business development, corporate and tax structures, foreign investment and legal representation in Chile. His practice includes due diligence, share and equity transactions, shareholders' agreements, franchises, and domestic and international tax matters.

He combines legal analysis with the operational implementation foreign businesses need to establish, comply and manage their local presence.
